We continue with James of the Activ'Performance association to allow the best players of the padel French to find partners / sponsors.

So what are the values that you put forward?

We have identified internal values of Responsibility, Caring, Empathy and Acceptance of one another. Our sponsors will adhere to these humanist values, but also to sporting values such as Excellence and Pleasure, Surpassing oneself and Passion. The specifics of Padel are transposable to the corporate world: the fact of winning in pairs or in a team just like a manager and his collaborator or a project-team. At Padel, we also play with a multitude of options: the floor, the windows, the height of the ceiling and the exits of the field modify the game at any time and force the players to develop at the same time flexibility of action, patience, and agility permed.

And who are the players who are part of the Team?

Our team is made up of more than a dozen players and players we met individually. During this interview, we evaluate both their objectives and their ambition, but also their appropriateness to our values and their ability to carry them in their communication. Our priority is to be able to support the players present at first by stabilizing the squad, but we will remain open to players who come to us because they feel in tune with our goals and our values. Personally, I will be delighted to welcome the 2 champion pairs of France 2018 to accompany their performance internationally for example. Finally, we also want to integrate more female pairs in the future to carry their ambition.

Will all the players who present themselves be accepted into the Team?

Unfortunately no, the interview, during the recruitment process, should allow us to validate the prerequisites mentioned above and to estimate if the athlete can correspond to one of the categories that we wish to accompany at the start.
