The new FIP QSI TOUR circuit that is shaking the planet padel weeks ago revealed its new brand identity in a launch video. This announcement officially marks the beginning of a new era for the padel, that of Premier Padel.

The new official world circuit of padel governed by International Federation of padel (FIP) and supported by theProfessional Players Association (PPA) et Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), is proud to announce today the name and identity of its new global brand.

The new, fully regulated circuit will be known as Premier Padel™, a dynamic and captivating global brand, which reflects the essence and spirit of this new dawn for the padel : professionalism, dynamism and standards of excellence that respond to a new international vision. The name of the tournaments Premier Padel category 1 was also revealed as “Majors”, starting with the Premier Padel Qatar Major 2022 which will start on March 28.

The Star of Padel

The brand Premier Padel™ is illustrated by two distinct elements.

First, the Star of Padel is perfectly assembled and united by five rackets of padel representing the 5 main continents traveled by the world circuit, at the heart of which is a gold star. A unique element and never seen before in the sport.

The Star of Padel also represents the highest standards of sporting professionalism and elite athleticism that will be practiced within the circuit, both on and off the court, as well as the values ​​of unity of this new circuit. The gold color reflects the premium level of the competition and the exceptional standards of all events Premier Padel™.

The words "Premier Padel”, written in capital letters and in italics, illustrate the audacious and dynamic identity of this new circuit of padel – based on freedom of movement, reflected both in the logo and in the circuit itself.

The new Official Circuit was launched earlier this year – governed and regulated by the International Federation of padel (FIP) and backed by the Professional Players Association (PPA) and Qatar Sports Investments (QSI). the Premier Padel Tour builds on a new schedule of international and domestic competitions, including four top-tier “Majors” tournaments, taking place in sensational venues around the world. At least 10 tournaments are planned for each of 2022 and 2023, rising to over 25 tournaments per year in 2024.

About Premier Padel Qatar Major 2022

Tournament Premier Padel Qatar Major 2022 is the first category 1 event of the new
circuit. It will take place in Doha from March 28 to April 2, when the draw for the World Cup
FIFA World Qatar 2022 will also take place in Doha. The Qatar Major has already broken records
without even a match having been played, with 123 pairs registered including players from 19
different countries and a record prize pool of €525 for the tournament.

Earlier this month, international broadcaster ESPN has been announced as the official partner
broadcast of the tournament in Latin America, covering nearly 50 South American countries,
from Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean, raising the padel at levels never seen
previously in key markets in the Americas. Other international broadcast agreements
significant will soon be revealed, the new circuit having for objective to make radiate the padel
around the world like never before.
