Le Mexico Major marks an important milestone: this tournament, which did not take place last year because of Hurricane Otis, will be the last Major of Fernando Belasteguin's career. Partnered with his young compatriot Tino Libaak, Bela will face today the qualifiers Gerard Arnaldos and Agustin Torre.

Since then, Coello has become global 1 number in the FIP ranking and will enter the competition tomorrow, like the other favourites on the circuit.
After Acapulco, he will play the Milan P1 before receiving a tribute during the Premier Padel Finals in BarcelonaHis match with Libaak against Arnaldos and Torre will be the second scheduled on the central court, from 16 p.m. (local time), or 23 p.m. (French time).
