Le A1 Padel France Grand Master 2025 was held at Tennis Padel Soleil by Beausoleil, over a period of ten days, bringing together several players referenced on the A1 professional circuit PadelIt was the first time that a Grand Master category tournament was organized in France, representing one of the most important formats on the circuit.
An unexpected victory
The competition was won by the Argentinian pair Juan Ignacio de Pascual – Ramiro Pereyra, at the end of a solid journey.
The tournament benefited from a good attendance, especially over the weekend, during the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. The matches were played on the covered center court du Tennis Padel Soleil.
This event was also an opportunity to carry out actions aimed at young practitioners and to contribute to the dissemination of the discipline in France and Monaco, where the A1 circuit Padel finds its origins. The tournament is part of the continuity of an international calendar, with 36 countries already concerned through the development of the circuit.
The elimination of several favorites
Fabrice Pastor, president of the A1 circuit Padel, reacted at the end of the test:
"The sporting results had an impact on the overall standings, which confirms the importance of this stage in the season. The opening of the table, with the elimination of several favorites, allowed new pairs to come forward. The website of the Tennis Padel Soleil has the necessary facilities to host this type of event."
Next stop in Monaco
A new stage of the A1 circuit Padel will take place in the Principality of Monaco, from 18 at 27 July 2025. Three pitches will be installed on the port of Monaco, as part of a Grand Master placed under the high patronage of HSH Prince Albert II.
