Missions

The padel coach's main missions will be:

  • Animate group and individual lessons for all levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced).
  • Promote the padel practice within the center through initiations, open days and discovery days.
  • Organize internal tournaments and one-off events (competitions, friendly meetings).
  • Contribute to the club's activities by establishing a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Advise players on the choice of material (snowshoes, accessories) and best practices.

Required profile

  • State patent ou TFP diploma required.
  • Experience in thepadel teaching and/or as a player of competitive level.
  • Ability to lead sessions adapted to all levels.
  • Good skills in communicating and group management.
