Le  main board  du  FIP Silver Caltanissetta  begins this  Friday April 4 .  Six French people  will start the competition, including  Bastien Blanqué  et  Johan Bergeron , who have carried out a  great start to the 2025 season  with  two FIP Bronze titles .

Contacted  Thursday April 3 ,  Bastien Blanqué  (107th) had just arrived in  Italy  for the tournament. And he says it straight away: “ This is the best start to a season of my career. . "

However,  Bastien Blanqué , who will celebrate his  30 years  le  10th May 2025 , already has one  great career  behind him, especially with  three French champion titles  won consecutively alongside  Thomas Leygue .

"With  Johan Bergeron , we started playing together in  September 2024 “We are very happy with our level of play and also happy to play together,” he confides.

Two FIP Bronze titles

THE association  with  Johan Bergeron  quickly bore fruit.

For  earn points  and take some  confidence , both  Tricolors  have chosen to favor the  FIP tournaments  rather than the competitions of the  Premier Padel .

  •  Final  au  FIP Bronze Sportclub Houten  (Netherlands)
  •  Two titles  :  FIP Bronze Hong Kong  et  FIP Bronze Manila

“We were in sync and fully behind them. We didn't participate in any competition for two weeks. It's a step backward, as if we were going back to the time of  World Padel Tour ", denounces  Bastien Blanqué .

“It’s a very high-level tournament, with Italians like  Alvaro Montiel Caruso  (116e) and  Flavio Abbate  (121st), but also Spaniards like  Pablo Lijó  (47e) and  Gonzalo Rubio  (41st).”

Objective: world top 100

For  Bastien Blanqué , the objective is clear:  enter the world top 100 .

“We will participate in other FIPs, but we will not go to  Doha   for the  Major  (From  11 in April 19 2025 ). On the other hand, we plan to play the  Major of Italy  (From  7th - 15th June 2025 ).”

Back to the present moment, in  Italy . To  first round , On the  Falconara court , the pair  Blanqué / Bergeron  faces  Iago Fuertes Leonardo  (1938e) and  Ricardo Martinez  (176e).
