Le Padel The festival will launch the Paris Major with an exceptional day planned for Sunday

In order to launch the Alpine Paris Major , which will take place from September 6-13 at Roland-Garros Stadium The French Tennis Federation is organizing the Padel Festival , on Sunday, September 6.

Conceived as a true experience of discovery and sharing around padel, this event, open to all, will transform the Roland-Garros Stadium into a life-size playing field, in a festive, friendly, and accessible atmosphere. Between activities, shows, introductory sessions, sporting challenges, and opportunities to meet other players, spectators can enjoy a unique day out with family or friends, right in the heart of the Roland-Garros Stadium.

As part of this day, a rich and varied program is offered throughout the day:

Alpine Paris Major qualifying (starting at 11:00 AM)

Spectators will be able to attend the first matches of the tournament and discover the future talents of the international circuit.

Play padel at Roland-Garros Stadium (from noon onwards)

One of the most exclusive moments of the Padel Festival. Throughout the day, visitors will be able to access several courts in the stadium to learn or play padel, supervised by qualified instructors.

A rare opportunity to pick up a racket and experience, for the duration of a rally, the sensations of the players competing within the Roland-Garros grounds.

The sessions of class will be accessible on a "first come, first served" basis.

"Clubs at Chatrier" event (from 12:00 to 13:30)

This national competition, organized in partnership with padel clubs and open to amateur players, will bring together winning pairs from qualifying tournaments.

31 mixed amateur pairs selected by random draw, and a professional pair composed of Alix Collombon and Dylan Guichard will be there.

The program includes: a knockout bracket, best-of-three matches, and €10,000 to be won for the winning pair!

The celebrity tournament (from 14:00 PM to 15:30 PM)

This competition will pit personalities from the world of sports, media, and entertainment against each other, including Philippe Lacheau, Boris Diaw, Robert Pirès, Thierry Omeyer, Nikola Karabatic, Dadju, David Hallyday, Jarry, Redouane Bougheraba, Cartman and Matthias Dandois .

“Team Tennis vs Team” animation Padel – The duel of legends” (from 16:00 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.)

This will be the highlight of the day, with exhibition matches pitting legends of French tennis against each other on the Philippe-Chatrier court ( Richard Gasquet, Arnaud Clément, Lucas Pouille and Fabrice Santoro ) to professional padel players ( Paquito Navarro and Sanyo Gutiérrez ).

Garden Activities Padel (all day)

The public will also be able to enjoy the many activities that will be offered within the Garden. Padel ( table football, pétanque, “tic tac basket”, Mölky, spike, cornhole… ) throughout the tournament.
