Le  P1000 Vamos Padel Magalas  delivered its verdict this Sunday morning with a final that will pit the number 1 seed against  Bayard / Ayuso  at the top of the 4rd seed  The Belly / Trancart .

Bayard and Ayuso emerge victorious in a close match

In the first semi-final,  Bayard / Ayuso  had to fight to overcome  Bernard / Rubio  at the end of a match played:  7 / 5 6 / 4 .

The match started well for Bernard and Rubio, who quickly broke serve in the first set. However, they were immediately broken back and gradually lost control of the set.

Bayard and Ayuso took advantage of numerous opponent errors to come back and then definitively regain the advantage in order to conclude the first set 7/5.

In the second, the scenario remained tight until 3/2, the moment chosen by the number 1 seed to break on the second opponent's service game and then maintain their lead until the end to win 6/4.

In relatively slow playing conditions, smashes had far less impact than usual, with very few successful three-pointers. This context made the rallies longer and sometimes more messy.

Le Panse and Trancart dominate TS5

In the other semi-final,  The Panse / Trancart (TS4)  put on a very good performance to eliminate the 5th seed  Chavey / Arumi-Siquier  on the score of  6 / 2 7 / 6 .

They were very solid in the first set, quickly taking control before resisting the opposition's comeback in a much closer second set.

A controlled victory that allows them to reach the final.

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
