It is common to see supporters' buses in football during major events. Thanks to the Tennis Padel Bandol club, this tradition is also invited into padel, with groups of supporters ready to travel long distances to support their teams and their players.
Le Tennis Club Bandol is one of the most dynamic clubs in France, organizing P1000, P1500, P2000 tournaments and the Bandol international tournament. Suffice to say that in the South, the club's commitment is obvious.
On the occasion of Interclubs 2025, which will be held at 4PADEL Strasbourg, either at 850 km from Bandol, a real white-hot fan club will accompany the club teams.
An unprecedented trip for the Bandol Tennis Club
Le club president, Frédéric Donne, and Hugo Donne, Director of HD AGENCY, in charge of communication and development of the club's image, explain this initiative:
“The TCB is a big family, on and off the slopes. We will arrive with a group of 13 supporters, a fairly unique fact in padel in France. This trip will be by plane, and we have organized this weekend to best support our women's team, while leaving a souvenir of Bandol in Strasbourg.”
The club's objective is clear: “Developing fan culture in padel, similar to what was observed during the FIP Rise of Bandol last year, where the atmosphere was marked by fervor and the use of smoke bombs. Three watchwords for this trip: pride, fun, HISTORY. "
"We want people to talk about Bandol on the pitch, but also off it, thanks to our supporters and our fervour.”
The Bandol Tennis Club in a few figures
The TCB continues to develop, with ambitious projects:
- 7 tracks of padel
- Second edition of the Bandol international tournament, after the success of the FIP SILVER Bandol in 2023.
- French N2 Champion last season
- Development of women's and men's padel, with a particular focus on the Bandol Padel Academy.
TCB will have ambitions in these interleagues. The club will be the 4th seed in the tournament.
