After the release of the men's national team, excluding Fernando Belasteguin et Juan Tello, the Argentine Padel Federation has unveiled its women's team. Few surprises in the starting eight for the women's selection.

The one who will carry this team is none other than the world number 4, Delfi Brea, logically called to go and defend the colours of her country in Doha. At her side, we will find the young Claudia jensen, the experienced one Virginia Riera, the determined one Zazu Osoro and the panther Julieta Bidahorria.

To accompany these five players, we will find in particular: Daiara Valenzuela, called up several times by top 30 players this season (including Claudia Jensen). But also Maria Laura Ferreyra (134e) and Martina Fassio (52e).

Argentina presents, this year again, a particularly solid team who can dream of another World Championship final. However, it is difficult to imagine how these players could compete with the all-powerful Spanish team.

Gwenaelle Souyri

It was her brother who one day told her to accompany him to a padel court, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the retransmission of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
