Le  French padel world  will meet on  March 19, 2026 in Paris  on the occasion of a new edition of  Padel Conference , an event  business and strategy dedicated to the development of padel in France . Organized by the  Paddiction Business Club This meeting will bring together  club executives, brands, investors, startups, institutions and industry experts  around a day dedicated to  Issues and prospects of padel .

The event will be held at  Renard Theatre in Paris , From  9h , in a context marked by the  rapid growth of padel in France . The objective of  Padel Conference  is to propose a  space for exchange, reflection and networking  in order to accompany the  structuring the padel ecosystem  and to share experiences between the different players in the sector.

Following a first edition that brought together many professionals, this new meeting pursues a clear ambition:  to unite the stakeholders of padel  and promote exchanges between  decision-makers, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts  involved in the development of the discipline.

 A professional event dedicated to the padel ecosystem 

 Padel Conference  were designed as a  professional forum dedicated to the padel ecosystem The day will offer  conferences, roundtables, feedback sessions and networking opportunities  in order to facilitate exchanges and opportunities between the various market players.

The discussions will focus in particular on several  major challenges of the sector  : the  development of padel infrastructure   Technological innovations , the  player and coach training , the  digitalization of clubs   economic models  or again evolution of the French padel market .

The day will also welcome  Florence Arnaud ,  Director of Philanthropy for Sport in the City who will present an initiative around  the integration of young people from priority neighborhoods under the urban policy (QPV) through sport .

Through this project, the  paddle  can also be considered as a  tool for social inclusion , making it easier for young people to access  new sporting and professional opportunities .
