The French shone during the round of 16 of the  FIP Bronze Marnes  with several very fine performances and especially  Four French pairs qualified for the quarter-finals A very big day for French padel, marked in particular by the huge match of Benjamin Tison and Adrien Maigret against the 5th seed Bastien Blanqué / Yoan Boronad.

 Tison and Maigret pull off the big score 

It was the clash of the round of 16 and it lived up to all expectations. Benjamin Tison and Adrien Maigret defeated Bastien Blanqué / Yoan Boronad after a tremendous battle.  5/7 7/6 7/5 .

Down a set and a break in the second set, the veterans of French padel turned the match around thanks to tremendous mental fortitude and a wealth of experience in the crucial moments. A tremendous performance against the 5th seed.

 Robert and Guy de Chamisso still impress 

Another very impressive performance for the young French players.  Jérémy Robert and Olivier Guy de Chamisso .

Having already eliminated a very strong pair in the first round, they this time dominated the 8th seed Gonzalez Zamorano / Guerrero Escarcena with a score of  6 / 4 6 / 3  with great skill.

 Vanbauce / Pillon confirm 

Thomas Vanbauce and Lucas Pillon are also continuing their superb tournament run. After their big win against Raichman/Muesser in the first round, they dominated Deloyer/Marie in two solid sets:  6 / 2 6 / 2 .

An association that has worked very well so far.

 Inzerillo / Choppe continue their crazy adventure 

Initially lucky losers in the tournament, Jérôme Inzerillo and Victor Choppe continue their incredible run.

After eliminating the 6th seed in the first round, they this time beat Ouabed / Bergamaschi in two sets:  6 / 3 6 / 4 Another great performance for the two Frenchmen.

 Forcin / Hugounenq solids 

Maxime Forcin and Arthur Hugounenq also secured their place in the quarterfinals after a controlled victory against Panken / Marquet:  6 / 2 6 / 2 .

 Other results 

In the other matches, the Groen brothers, seeded 11th, dominated Peloux Marchini / Perez Le Tiec in three sets:  4/6 6/1 6/2 .

The fourth-seeded pair Juan Zamora / Alejandro Garcia perfectly controlled Sichez / Suzanna:  6 / 2 6 / 0 .

Finally, the third-seeded pair Zurita/Rivas Garcia eliminated Jover/Potel by a score of  6 / 1 6 / 4 .
