Thunderclap in the world of padel. While until then, the event had been announced as “suspended”, this time it is “canceled”.

The world championships padel scheduled for Malaga from November 9 to 15 were indeed suspended because the best players in the world of padel ultimately did not participate in these championships.

The International Federation of Padel seems to have tried everything to allow the event to go as planned. In vain. Last week, discussions were initiated with Le Padel Pro Tour (PPT) in charge of the competition with the FIP. But unfortunately, the only solution for the FIP is therefore to cancel the event. The FIP once again suffered a new setback after having been forced to cancel its American meeting (Miami) for that of Malaga which ultimately did not take place.

A refund of foreign players for this competition?

A priori, there will be no refund. The FIP invites all pairs to come and visit this beautiful city and participate in a padel unofficial between all the players present.
