This week, only one FIP tournament on the calendar: heading to the Philippines and the city of  Manila  for several French players who will try to collect valuable points in the world ranking.

In the men's race: Bergeron/Blanqué favorites, Hugounenq in ambush

Recent winners of  FIP Bronze Hong Kong ,  Bastien Blanqué (116th)  et  Johan Bergeron (127th) , arrive in Manila with great confidence wearing the cap of  seeded 2 Their objective is clear: to win a second title in a row.

Also to be continued, the pair composed of Arthur Hugounenq (287th)  and Spanish  Sergi Guimet Bigas (223nd) , seeded 6, who hope to take another step forward after narrowly failing to reach the quarter-finals in Hong Kong.

Other Franco-international pair:  Harold Bernard (653rd)  associated with Luxembourg  Clément Pelt (834th)  will try to stand out from the crowd.

Finally  Stanislas Mathias ,  Jean-François Hug (1888th)  et  Yannick Faucard (NC)  are also engaged.

Carla Touly, the only French representative among the ladies

In the women's race, all French eyes will be on  Carla Touly (82st)  associated with the Spanish  Ana Dominguez Gracia (73th) . After a good start to the season, marked in particular by a victory at the FIP Bronze in Gothenburg and a final in Kaunas, they hope to continue this momentum in the Philippines where they arrive as  seed number one  1.

The mission is simple but ambitious: to win a second title in 2025 and confirm their progression in the world rankings.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
