The qualifications of the  FIP Bronze Marnes  delivered their verdict this Thursday morning with four pairs qualifying for the main draw… but also several teams receiving reprieves in the  lucky loser  following the numerous withdrawals recorded before the start of the main tournament.

Overall, the top seeds lived up to expectations in this final qualifying round.

The results of the final round of qualifying

The sixth seed in qualifying,  Pierre Vincent / Basile Baud , delivered a fine performance by dominating the number 1 seed  Victor Choppe / Jérôme Inzerillo  on the dry score of  6 / 1 6 / 4 .

Same scenario for the 3rd seed  Thomas Mitjana / Thibault De Galbert solid winners of  Dorian De Meyer / Paul Lefèvre (TS5)  :  6 / 1 6 / 4 .

The seeded 2  Rayan Ouabed / Théo Bergamaschi  lived up to expectations perfectly with a commanding victory  6 / 2 6 / 2  face  Victor Gabeur / Titouan Abalam (TS8) .

Finally  Hugo Renard / Setodji Thomas  created a minor upset by dominating the Spanish team.  Miquel Ayats Vidal / Enzo Couacaud  :  6 / 3 6 / 2 .

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
