For his last home appearance,  Carolina Navarro  invited by the organization with  Melania Merino  signed a superb victory against  Alix Collombon  et  Araceli Martínez  (6/4, 1/6, 6/3). After a solid first set, the Andalusian pair endured the storm in the second, before showing exceptional mental strength to win a tense third set.
