Hardly Italy Major  finished the circuit  Premier Padel  continues with the  Valence P1 , the main paintings of which have been unveiled.

On one side of the painting,  Arturo Coello / Agustín Tapia  et  Mike Yanguas / Franco Stupaczuk . The other,  Alejandro Galán / Federico Chingotto  et  Juan Lebrón / Leo Augsburger .

But before they can hope for these dream posters, several major obstacles stand in their way.

Coello / Tapia: a rather clear picture

The world number 1 players benefit from a first round bye before a path that seems relatively manageable until the quarter-finals.

The first real test could come in the quarter-final against  Coki Nieto and Jon Sanz , always formidable in big matches. Before that, they could notably cross paths with  Juanlu Esbrí and Alex Ruiz , a pair capable of creating a surprise.

After their Roman triumph and their victory against Galán and Chingotto, Coello and Tapia arrive full of confidence.

Yanguas/Stupaczuk to clash with Navarro/Di Nenno?

As in Rome,  Mike Yanguas and Franco Stupaczuk  find themselves in the same half of the table as the world number 1s.

The world's number 3 players could meet in the round of 16.  Javi García and Jose Jiménez ahead of a quarter-final that is already making mouths water against  Paquito Navarro and Martin Di Nenno .

A duel that would have a special flavor as Paquito and Di Nenno showed some good things on their return to Rome despite their elimination in the quarter-finals.

Lebrón / Augsburger facing the ambitions of Leal and Guerrero

Winners of the Brussels P2 tournament and semi-finalists in Rome,  Juan Lebrón and Leo Augsburger  inherit a more treacherous picture.

From the eighth round onwards, they could find  Aimar Goñi and Edu Alonso , a pair that is always dangerous in fast conditions.

But above all, it's a potential quarter-final against  Javi Leal and Fran Guerrero  which attracts attention. The two Spaniards, reunited for this tournament, will be eager to make a strong impression in their first tournament together.

Galán and Chingotto will have to be wary.

The two-time defending champions in Rome will not have an easy path either.

In the round of 16, they could already cross paths with the in-form pair of the moment:  Momo Gonzalez and Lucas Campagnolo , authors of a remarkable Italy Major concluded by a semi-final.

Then a quarter-final against  Lucas Bergamini and Javi Garrido , a team that is always difficult to manage.

Potential quarter-finals in the men's competition

If the current standings hold true, the quarter-final matchups could be:

A change of scenery for the ladies

Unlike in Rome, the pairs will not be in the same part of the bracket.

World number 1s  Gemma Triay and Delfi Brea  now share their half of the table with  Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero .

On the other side are  Paula Josemaria and Bea Gonzalez  and  Claudia Fernández and Sofia Araújo .

A distribution that could completely reshuffle the cards after the Italian Major.

The potential women's quarter-finals

The expected posters could be:

  •  Triay/Brea vs Guinart/Iglesias 
  •  Sánchez/Ustero vs Salazar/Alonso 
  •  Fernández/Araújo vs. Icardo/Jensen 
  •  Josemaría/González vs. Ortega/Calvo 

A good draw for Alix Collombon

French side,  Alix Collombon  and his partner  Ksenia Sharifova  inherit a favorable first round against a pair coming through the qualifiers.

This team could even include a French player, since  Carla Toully  et  Léa Godallier  compete for a place in the main draw.

If they win their first-round match, Collombon and Sharifova could then meet  Icardo / Jensen  In the next round, a first big test in their quest for a good run in Valencia.

The stage is now set for what promises to be an exciting week on the Valencian slopes.
