Allying business, sport and conviviality, this is the ambitious project launched by four friends from Les Sables-d'Olonne in 2022. Their idea? To create a multi-activity complex with Sables d'Olonne, land of Vendée Globe and popular summer destination. The name “The Sablais Spot” pays homage to their hometown, where this unique place will be located, designed as a real living space. You will be able to work there, practice sports such as paddle or squash, and relax at the clubhouse, which will offer a bar and catering service.

The goal of the creators is to innovate and bring new offers to Sables d'OlonneWith the growing popularity of padel in France and the absence of squash courts in the city, this multi-activity complex meets a real local demand while being part of a dynamic of sporting and social development.

The project, eco-designed for the construction of the building, brings together 22 investors sablais, including the four creators, for a total amount of 4 millionThe complex will be located on a strategic site of 6 000 m², located in an area with high potential and well served. This land was identified with the support of the agglomeration, demonstrating the local roots and the desire to promote this new place.

These are the three watchwords of this new sports complex, which is due to open planned for the end of 2025Following a growing trend for several years, multi-activity complexes are designed to meet the expectations of a wide audience by being structured around three main poles:

The complex will have 16 offices, 2 meeting rooms, a relaxation room and a large seminar room. 145 m². The aim is to offer a structure adapted to accommodate companies wishing to work on site, while offering the possibility of practicing a sporting activity in the same premises. This mix of work and sport also aims to promote professional or personal events, in particular through team building, with activities such as padel, a fun and accessible team sport.

  • Sport:

Le paddle will be at the heart of the activities offered, with 6 courts, including 4 indoors and 2 outdoors, perfect for playing in a coastal setting like that of the Sables d'OlonneThe complex will also include 2 tennis courts. squash, filling a local gap, and is considering other options such as a indoor golf. In addition, a room of fitness will integrate the project, welcoming the LS Club, which will move to these new premises.

  • Friendliness:

A clubhouse area, including a bar and a catering area, will create moments of sharing and exchange between athletes. This friendly space will be ideal for extending sporting meetings over a drink or a meal, promoting a real community spirit.
