It took only one hour and one minute, not a second more, to allow Coello and Tapia to join Galan and Chingotto in the final of Valladolid P2.

For fans hoping for a long, hard-fought match against Lebrón and Di Nenno, it was a miss. Tapia and Coello hit from all sides with fearsome efficiency. Tapia, in particular, posted an impressive 10/11 on the smash. In comparison, Di Nenno only managed 2 smashes out of 9 attempts, a figure well below his usual standards. As for Lebrón, he failed to impose himself more against Tapia, committing 9 unforced errors, compared to 12 for his teammate Di Nenno.

Martin Di Nenno, usually so consistent, is today the player who committed the most mistakes. Yes, it can happen. The Argentine metronome was simply not there in this semi-final.

For their part, Tapia and Coello only conceded 7 unforced errors, while their opponents totaled 21. In these conditions, it is difficult to hope for a better result for Lebrón and Di Nenno.

Result: 6/2 6/2

So we will have the long-awaited finale: Coello/Tapia versus Galán/Chingotto.
