Lisandro Borges files a complaint against Rafa Nadal!

It's a rather surprising situation: the Argentinian businessman Lisandro Borges, well known in the world of padel, files a complaint against Rafa Nadal.

According to information from the Argentinian newspaper Olé, it is because of the tour that the Spaniard has to do in South America. The Roland-Garros winner, via his agent Carlos Costa, had apparently signed with Lisandro Borges' company, World Padel Company LLC and he was to travel to America in November to do exhibitions in Argentina, Ecuador, Chile and the United States.

It is finally the exhibition of Chicago which poses problem since it cannot finally be carried out. Obviously the organizers were looking for alternatives with in particular Juan Martin Del Potro, who would come out of retirement to hit the ball with the current world number 3.

But in the end, the Nadal camp signed another Argentinian businessman, Marcelo Figoli, head of the Alpha Medios y Fenix Entertainment group.

A situation that angers Borges: “If we can't agree through mediation, we will go to trial. I spoke with Costa, he admits having asked us for an extension and he boasts of not having signed it. Nadal has signed a contract twice. So we are going to sue him for 10 million euros!” He says.
