A former player ranked among the best in France and a long-time enthusiast, Loïc Pelegri has decided to make the well-being of padel clubs his priority. With his company Sport Solution, he offers a specialized service in cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the slopes. Meet an enthusiast who wants to make a difference.

Can you tell us about Sport Solution in a few words?

Sport Solution is a company dedicated to the maintenance and cleaning of padel courts. We handle everything from windows and railings to flooring, with one-off services or monthly subscriptions. We also offer, upon request, a complete cleaning of the structure, sand renewal, and a maintenance service in partnership with a technical service provider.

My goal is clear: to guarantee clubs tracks that are in perfect condition, durable and pleasant to play on.

Why did you start this business in 2024?

After leaving my padel teaching position in May 2024, I took a step back. But very quickly, I realized that I missed padel. I played a few tournaments again, and that was a revelation. Seeing the degraded state of some courts, I understood that there was a real need.

I came home and told my wife, “I’ve found it! I’m going to start a cleaning and maintenance service for padel clubs.” And the adventure began.

Why is regular pitch maintenance so important for a club?

This is essential, and for several reasons. First, for safety: a slippery floor or a rusty gate can quickly become dangerous. Then, for the quality of play: a clean carpet, with well-distributed sand, makes all the difference. And then there's the club's image. Clean, well-maintained tracks are a sign of seriousness for members.

What types of services do you actually offer?

We adapt to the club's needs. This can range from a one-time cleaning before a tournament to a monthly package with regular visits. We also offer maintenance services, particularly to prevent wear and tear or respond quickly in the event of a technical issue.

Finally, depending on the type of carpet, we use specific processes, as not all carpets react the same way. Our approach is therefore personalized.

You also mention job opportunities. Can you tell us more?

Yes, I want Sport Solution to become a key player in padel employment. The goal is to train people capable of working in various clubs throughout France. I'm looking to create a team of trained, reliable professionals who share this passion for padel and attention to detail.

Let's take a look back at your padel career. Where are you from?

I discovered padel seven years ago. I reached 7th place in the French rankings as a player. I then worked at WinWin. Padel of Cabriès, one of the biggest French clubs at the time. That's where I did my first interview for Padel Magazine in 2018.

Then, head to Spain, to Gimeno Padel in Castelldefels, to train and better understand the culture of padel. I also taught in Marseille, participated in the first official training course for padel teachers in PACA, supervised young people, trained professionals... In short, I have lived padel for all these years with passion.

What is your goal today with Sport Solution?

I have several:

  • Making life easier for clubs by providing them with grounds that are always clean and secure
  • Develop the business nationally
  • Create local employment
  • Offer new complementary services to support clubs in their overall development
