All over the world and in all sports which contribute to a market economy, on the model of US sport, open or closed leagues are created in relation to or alongside federations.

It is by modernizing and adapting to Padel these concepts that the European Association of Clubs Padel (AECP) built the foolproof models.

The objectives of the European Association of Clubs Padel (AEPC)

  1. Make money for clubs Padel Private by guaranteeing their capital.
  2. Make the investments of companies that are directly or indirectly related to the Padel
  3. Develop the Padel in Europe through long-term, daily action for 10 years and more

The situation in France, in Europe, in the world ...

The disappearance of the French Federation of Padel in 2013 which in 2000 organized the XNUMXth World Padel, the persistent weakness of the International Federation of Padel, and the European Federation of Padel, have allowed over the past 20 years the emergence of very different models of Padel in Argentina, Spain, South America, Europe, North America, and more recently on the other continents, all with varying degrees of success but not all of them settled down over time.

It is clear that the development of Padel in Spain was fueled by the weakening of Padel Argentinian due to economic crisis.

  • 1994, misunderstanding between players and their federation
  • 1998, in Europe the interference of tennis federations and investors lacking culture Padel

These events at one point prevented the outbreak of a Padel adult, creator of a real sustainable economy.

For example, every day we can see that investors are asking questions. And the answers are often not very optimistic!

The League One, simple to assemble, to operate and to perpetuate.

It guarantees the investment of each club owner. The club is therefore the owner for 10 years of its Franchise, which ensures its participation each year: no rise or fall, no other entries except unanimous 20 franchises. The club can project on the medium term.

The club owner may decide to be represented by teams of his choice, club or other. The club owns a goodwill for 10 years and can assign it (after 3 years) to another club owner. AECP will establish the transfer contracts that will be the same for everyone. The sale price remains free.

  • In order to overprotect the Franchisee, the clubs may associate their name with a mark which will be registered by AECP; for example, Paris Padel Club or Air France

The European Cup of Padel brands

AECP is aware of the volatility of tours organized by brands or by apprentice organizers, tours that do not meet large audiences and harm the budgets invested by brands and the reputation of the Padel. A sport without an audience is doomed to be confidential: badminton, squash, fencing, Basque pelota, swimming, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, wrestling, sambo ...
