Good news for padel fans:  Luciano “Lucho” Capra  is preparing to return to competition, five months after his injury to  right meniscus  contracted during the  Premier Padel Riyadh P1 .

The Argentinian left-hander, who started the season alongside  Juanlu Esbri , had seen his momentum stopped dead in the round of 16 against  Coello / Tapia He had a knee injury and had to undergo surgery. Doctors ultimately opted for a complete meniscus suture rather than a partial removal, which lengthened his recovery time but offered better long-term guarantees.

Now recovered, Capra will make his grand return during the  FIP Silver Isla de Palma  (August 18-24), alongside  Aimar Goñi , revelation of the last P1 in Tarragona. Aged 19, the young Spaniard stood out by reaching the quarter-finals with Mario Ortega, after eliminating the pair  Paquito / Bergamini  from the first round.

An anticipated return, and a duo to follow closely in the Balearics.
