The association group UCPA and society MARAGA MARAGA, creator and operator of sports centers, announces a strategic alliance designed to support the growth of padel and sports leisure. This partnership combines MARAGA's entrepreneurial expertise with the strength of the UCPA group, in a context of strong growth for racket sports in France.
MARAGA: High-quality sports facilities
Founded in 2015, MARAGA operates under the brand Padel Horizon , a center dedicated to racket sports: padel and badminton, at Sucy-en-Brie as well as a water sports and squash center in Paris, Wave in Paris .
MARAGA stands out with its high-performance sports infrastructure and excellent environmental qualities, in order to offer the best possible playing experience.
An alliance based on a common sporting and educational project
The group UCPA et MARAGA share a common sporting, educational and experiential culture.
With nearly 1 licensees The padel school in Sucy-en-Brie is one of the largest in France, as is the Horizon squash school, which has 200 licensees .
Beyond sport, MARAGA centers are places for living and conviviality to "share together", as promoted by the educational and sporting project of the UCPA group.
"With MARAGA, we share the common goal of offering a recreational sports experience accessible to as many people as possible," explains Thomas Juin , director of strategy at UCPA.

A strategic lever for national development
This strategic alliance with UCPA will allow MARAGA to support its development in sports leisure, padel and other racket sports.
As part of this transaction, the current operational team will remain in place in its entirety. Their expertise and commitment will continue to play a key role in the continuation of operations and the success of this new phase.
A new center 13 padel courts et 3 badminton courts is currently in the final stages of construction at Lomme (59) , with an opening planned as early as June 2026 .
Several other projects are also under consideration in France, some of which are at an advanced stage, and should be completed within the next two years.
