Du August 2 to 4 The South American men's qualifications were held for the 2024 World Championships which will take place in Doha. The competition took place in Montevideo (Uruguay) and hosted three countries: Ecuador, Venezuela and the host country, Uruguay.

At the end of three days of competition, it was Uruguay who pocketed their ticket for the World Championships in Doha (Qatar) which will take place from October 28 to November 2 next. In the last decisive match against Venezuela, the host country did the job by winning the first two matches, therefore securing first place in the group.

Next deadline in Viña del Mar (Chile), from August 30 to September 1. New qualifying phase for the Worlds but, this time, it is the ladies who will be in the spotlight in these South American qualifiers.
