After a month of summer break, the  Premier Padel  is making a big comeback. It's the  Movistar Arena  from Madrid which restarts the machine with a  P1  which looks set to be hot.

The big guns in the sights

In men, the  n°1 Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia  arrive in Madrid as big favorites. Winners here in 2023 and 2024, they will be aiming for a third straight win. Their journey could lead them to cross paths with  Paquito Navarro and Lucas Bergamini  in the quarter-finals, before a possible clash against  Coki Nieto and Mike Yanguas  in half.

At the bottom of the table,  Alejandro Galán and Federico Chingotto , already titled four times this season, dream of a home victory for the Madrilenian  Ale   Gallant  . But the road is tricky: possible quarter against  Di Nenno / Augsburger , then an explosive half against  Stupaczuk / Lebrón , who will have to get rid of the potential quarter against  Sanz / Gonzalez. 

Triay and Brea, first outings as n°1

Among the ladies, the big attraction is the entrance on stage of  Gemma Triay and Delfi Brea , news  world number 1  after their coronation in Tarragona. They will want to mark their entry territory. Their table could confront them with  Jensen / Alonso  in the quarter-finals, before a semi-final against Ustero / Araujo.

On the other side,  Ari Sánchez and Paula Josemaría , dethroned, arrive seeking revenge. They could find  Salazar / Calvo  in quarter, and especially  Bea González and Claudia Fernández  in the semi-finals, for a poster that already smells of gunpowder.

Alix Collombon well placed to start

On the tricolor side,  Alix Collombon  and the Spanish  Araceli Martínez  have an affordable first round against  Merino / Nogueira A victory would give them a gala eighth against  Bea González and Claudia Fernández .

The appointment is made:  from Tuesday, September 2 , the Movistar Arena will kick off the main draw of this Madrid P1.
