There were no surprises in Malaga's first men's semi-final Premier Padel P1. Number 1 Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia dominated Paquito Navarro and Juan Lebron in straight sets. The Andalusians played their last match together…

The audience at the Palais des Sports Martin Carpena hoped to see Paquito and Lebron extend their last adventure together a little. But unfortunately for them, they were unable to create a surprise against Coello and Tapia who, without being transcendent, were capable, as always, against pairs not named Galan / Chingotto, of doing the job.

With 76 points won against 70, the number 1s did not blatantly dominate the debates but still managed to ensure success in two sets: 6/4 7/5. Thanks to this victory, they will play their eleventh final of the season (out of 12 tournaments) tomorrow.

Paquito and “El Lobo” finished their second stage together with this defeat. The two friends who showed very good things in Malaga, Genoa, Santiago and Rome (defeat in the semi-final each time), leave some regrets to the fans who would have liked to see them try a little longer... Now Lebron will find the left side which he abandoned five years ago and will join forces with Di Nenno, while it is with the young left-hander Pablo Cardona that “Paco” will continue.

While waiting to see these new duos at work, go now to see the last match of the day which pits the fiery Galan and Chingotto against the Superpibes, who will perhaps play their last match together today!
