Marie maligo et Manon Marcarie win the P1500 Cedar Club Side in Castres at the end of a tight final against Jennifer Denecheau et Melanie Ros, on the score of 3/6 6/2 6/3.

A complicated start, then the rise in power

Maligo and Marcarie started their match badly, quickly conceding the first set. 6/3 facing a Jennifer Denecheau on fire, who were lining up winning points like in the semi-final. But the second seed reacted perfectly: calmer, more precise, they reversed the dynamic by limiting unforced errors and increasing the pace in the exchange.

Manon's constancy, Marie's aggressiveness

Si Marie maligo showed much sharper from the second set onwards, Manon Marcarie impressed with his consistency and his management of key moments. Opposite, Melanie Ros had more difficulty keeping up the pace, making multiple unforced errors in important moments.
The duo's aggressiveness and mental toughness Maligo / Marcaria made the difference in the last two sets, won 6 / 2 6 / 3.

A first for Marcarie

After a run marked by long and close matches (three sets in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals), they were able to win each time in the decisive moments.
It's the second P1500 won by Marie maligo after that of the Monkey Padel, and the first title of this category for Manon Marcarie, which opens its counter with panache.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
