Le MBD Padel Cup Festival is preparing to launch its first stage of the June 4-7, 2026 in Marrakech , with the ambition of offering a hybrid format combining sports competition, networking and entertainment The event is part of a dynamic of international development for padel, with stages also planned in Barcelona and Dubai .
Worn by Amine Chikh , organizer and CEO of Chikh Sport Management, the project aims to create a structured event around a selective competition while integrating a broader event dimension.
A structured and selective competition
The announced format is based on 3 days of competition , bringing together 64 teams, or 128 players , with a prize money greater than 10 000 euros .
Participant selection is based on criteria such as rankings and results in amateur competitions , in order to guarantee a consistent and competitive level.
Beyond the sporting aspect, the organizers wish to position the event as a controlled-scale gathering, with a limited number of participants and partners.
A positioning between sport and experience
The MBD Padel Cup Festival is not limited to the competition. It incorporates a broader dimension centered around the participant experience, with activations blending sports, entertainment, networking and workshops .
The goal is to offer a format in which padel becomes a medium for social and professional interactions, in an environment structured around values such as well-being, team spirit, conviviality and eco-responsibility .
A VIP gala evening is also planned, including a gourmet dinner, artistic performances and meetings between sports figures, partners and decision-makers.

Marrakech, a strategic starting point
The choice of Marrakech This first stage is part of a strategy that combines sporting and event-related elements. The city, renowned for its tourist appeal and setting, offers an environment conducive to this type of hybrid format.
The event also incorporates a dimension social and responsible , with announced support for local associations and youth .
A platform for brands
The project is also aimed at partners, with an approach geared towards... personalized marketing activations The deliberately limited number of sponsors allows for targeted visibility within an experiential framework.
The organizers are highlighting a multi-channel approach, with possibilities for integration into the event, the content and the experiences offered to participants.
A project in line with the growth of padel
In a context of strong growth in padel internationally, MBD Padel Cup Festival is attempting to position itself in a segment combining structured amateur competition and premium event .
"Padel is now a true social phenomenon, which goes beyond the sporting framework," explains Amine Chikh, who insists on the desire to create a unifying event, accessible and rooted in its environment.
The first stage in Marrakech will allow us to measure the project's ability to establish itself sustainably in this positioning, before the next deadlines announced in Europe and the Middle East.
