“Share your Passion”, this theme was respected this weekend 23/24 February. Since out of 16 teams entered on this 1er tournament Padel P100 of the Pau tennis club, 11 players discovered the competition PADEL With more or less success.

The winners of P100, Benjamin Mendez (1er tournament, but 2 / 6 tennis) accompanied by former Florian Gonzalez had the privilege of playing a magnificent exhibition match against talented players Marianne Vandaele (6e French) and Léa Godallier (9e), which they won after 3 Sets disputed.

Meanwhile in mixed, unsurprising Marianne Vandaele / Florian Gonzalez win over Lea Godallier / Xan Taffernaberry.

The 11 committed teams shared often uneven parts but still in a great spirit of sharing.

Three Spanish players, newly licensed to the Club de Padel from Pau, brought the spirit Padel in the game and wonderful specialties cooked for the Spanish Inn on Saturday Night.

The Pau tennis club is already preparing for the future with an upcoming Padel P500 on April 14 and 15, 2018, with a qualifier and a mixed on the weekend of April 7 and 8, 2018.

This tournament will take place during the Easter tennis tournament. Candia and Artengo could renew their support.
