The separation between  Manu Castaño  et  Xisco Gil  It has been announced that a new project already seems to be taking shape. According to several concurring reports,  Manu Castaño  should soon partner with  Enrique Goenaga .

The union could emerge after the  Valladolid P2 thus marking the beginning of a new chapter for the two Spaniards.

A separation that raises questions

The announcement of the end of the association between  Manu Castaño  et  Xisco Gil  surprised part of the circuit.

Having reunited last April, the two players had nevertheless achieved some interesting results. They notably reached several finals on the  FIP Tour  and sign several beautiful things in the main paintings Premier Padel.

More recently, they had a great run at the Italy Major where they had reached the round of 32 before losing to  mike yanguas  et  Franco Stupaczuk  after a close match.

Despite this positive momentum, the two Spaniards chose to end their collaboration.

Goenaga, a rising star on the circuit

To bounce back, Manu Castaño has apparently set his sights on  Enrique Goenaga , current  54rd player in the world .

Partnered this season with  Andres Fernandez Lancha He achieved several solid results. The duo notably won a  FIP Bronze , reached a  FIP Silver final  and played in the round of 32 of the  Buenos Aires P1 .

These performances allowed Goenaga to continue his rise in the world rankings.

A pair geared towards the future

On paper, the partnership between Castaño and Goenaga seems coherent.

Both players belong to the new generation of Spanish players pushing the boundaries behind the best pairs on the circuit. Their goal now will be to establish themselves as regulars in the main draws. Premier Padel and to continue climbing in the world rankings.

Now all that remains is to wait for the official announcement of this new pair, which could make its debut as soon as after the  Valladolid P2 .

One thing is for sure: the transfer market continues to be active on the professional circuit, and this partnership could quickly become one of the most interesting to follow among young Spanish players.
