Two  pairs from the qualifications  Miami P1 teams were battling for a place in the next round, with one side  Dylan Guichard / Bastien Blanqué , authors of a convincing performance so far.

The French pair arrived with  two solid qualifying victories suggesting a real rise in power and an ability to adapt quickly to conditions.

But facing them, the challenge proved to be much greater.

Opposed to  Alonso Rodriguez Martinez / Juan Ignacio De Pascual two players already  winners on the FIP Tour The French never really managed to establish their game. Very clean in the exchanges, efficient in key moments, the Spanish-Argentine pair quickly took control of the match.

The score is decisive:  6 / 0 6 / 0 , with a clear dominance in all areas of the game, as confirmed by the statistics (73% of points won, 100% of break points converted).

Second seed in qualifying,  Rodriguez Martinez / De Pascual  now follow  three consecutive victories  in the tournament. An important element, especially since they seem perfectly  adapted to the playing conditions which can make a difference in this type of table.

In the next round, they will face the pair  Javier Barahona / Javier Garcia (TS11)  in the round of 16.

A match that looks set to be tricky for the Spanish, against a team full of confidence and already well underway in their tournament.
