The Milano Premier Padel P1 returns from December 2nd to 8th at the Allianz Cloud. This tournament will celebrate its 3rd edition and promises an exceptional week for padel fans.

An unmissable event before the Barcelona Finals

Last tournament of the season before the Barcelona Finals (December 19-22), the Milano P1 will close the circuit in style Premier Padel 2024. Presented at the Palazzo Reale, this event promises to be unique, as Luigi Carraro, President of the FIP, pointed out:

“Milan occupies a central place in the calendar, with an edition that promises to be even more spectacular. This tournament will also mark Fernando Belasteguin's last appearance on the professional circuit.”

The stars are there

The world's best players will take to the courts of the Allianz Cloud. Among them:

  • Arturo Coello et Agustin Tapia, recent world champions with Argentina.
  • The Spaniards Juan lebron et Ale Galan, winners of the memorable 2023 final against Stupaczuk/Di Nenno (7-6, 6-7, 7-6).
  • The legend Fernando Belasteguin, who will play his last professional tournament, unless he succeeds with Libaak in winning the tournament and at the same time his direct opponents have a bad run.

In the women's category, the Spanish world champions will also be present, including Paula Josemaria, Ari Sanchez, Gemma Triay, but also the defending champion in Milan, Bea Gonzalez, associated with Delfi Brea in 2023.

A tournament in an exceptional setting

With 48 pairs registered for the men and 32 for the women, the tournament will bring together international stars as well as Italian players who have shone recently, such as the Italian bronze medallists at the Doha World Championships (Carolina Orsi, Chiara Pappacena, Giorgia Marchetti) and the men, who achieved a historic 4th place.

The main tables will be drawn on 30th November, while the 16 men's seeds will enter the competition directly in the second round.

An international showcase for padel

With a planned broadcast in over 200 countries, the Milano P1 will once again put Milan in the spotlight, alongside the other Italian stops on the circuit: the Rome Major and the Genoa P2.

A great show in perspective for this unmissable event which precedes Christmas and the grand finals in Barcelona.
