Chingotto and Galan answer the call
The new pair formed by Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan continues to impress. They easily disposed of Miguel Benitez and Alvaro Cepero 6-1 6-2 in 52 minutes. Their next challenge will be Pol Hernandez Alvarez and Rama Valenzuela.

Successful debut for other favourites

  • Martin Di Nenno and Juan LeBron : Victory 6-4 6-1 against Dani Santigosa and Miguel Lamperti. Next round: Juan Tello and Inigo Jofre.
  • Franco Stupaczuk and Mike Yanguas : Success 6-3 6-2 against Enrique Goenaga and Teo Zapata. In the eighth round, they will cross paths with Fran Guerrero and Jairo Bautista.
  • Paquito Navarro and Pablo Cardona : Large victory 6-3 6-0 against Facundo Dominguez and Nacho Piotto, with special mention for Paquito, who was named after his late mother, companion, on his jersey. The women's draw also saw its headliners shine. Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernandez, recent champions of the Acapulco Major, had to fight hard before winning against Raquel Eugenio and Martina Fassio 6-3 4-6 6-0. Their next opponent: Sofia Saiz and Marina Lobo. Delfi Brea and Bea González, the defending champions, outclassed Ana Catarina Nogueira and Laia Rodriguez 6-2 6-0.
