With padel, we must not forget that we are analyzing the emergence of a sports market. The spirit of competition and the various means to establish it in this market are therefore very important to make players want to surpass themselves and practice this sport.

Indeed, according to the players questioned, the different tournaments are "A little light on this booming discipline". It is very important in a sports market to set up an organization that allows players to confront each other and to compete with the biggest players.

For this, it is necessary to know that each official event, regional or national tournaments pass by the French Federation of tennis. For example, if a club wants to organize a tournament, it must go through the FFT. This also reinforces the official side of the tournament which is a very important detail for confirmed players. Thus, players will be more determined in their evolution in this practice and of course the desire to become the number one in a sport promotes its development.

The organization around the competitions of padel is practically similar to that of tennis. These are organized around P100, P250, P500 and P1000. During the year each club offers their tournaments according to these criteria. This tournament mode designates a degree of importance, that is to say that there will be more points to be gained on a P1000 than on a P100 but the degree of difficulty will of course be much higher. Indeed, during the P1000, we will find more players classified in the French top 50, more communication and sponsors than on a P100 for example.

This market must foster the spirit of competition this allows players to have a follow-up throughout the season and to remain faithful to this sport. In addition, all athletes seek to outdo themselves, a sport without a real competition structure would not attract as many players in this market. This is a dynamic of emergence of this market and thanks to the FFT, this system is well in place everywhere in France, thus pushing the clubs to be approved FFT to be able thus to organize competitions and to attract more practitioners to play in their enclosure .

Thus, the spirit of competition contributes to the success of this sport thanks to the various championships. Indeed, it must be innovative in their operation to not that players a little less competitive performance get tired and no longer participate in tournaments, thus lowering the attendance of the club.
