My Center Palavas, a multifunctional sports center recognized nationally for its infrastructure and training programs, is recruiting a padel coach.

The center is distinguished by its structure in several branches:
- Sports club : dedicated to the practice of padel and tennis for leisure and competition.
- Academy : specialized in training players, particularly in the French team, and recognized as number 1 in France in training 10-12 year-olds.
- Training center : intended for tennis teachers registered for the “Training Padel” for obtaining State Diplomas (DE).
My Center Palavas has a modern complex including:
- 4 outdoor padel courts
- 4 indoor padel courts
- 6 tennis courts
- Badminton courts
The missions of the position
The padel coach will be responsible for:
- Provide individual and group lessons for different audiences: children, adults, competitors and leisure.
- Support players in their technical, tactical and physical progress.
- Animate and retain the club's community of players.
- Suggest ideas for organizing sporting events.
- Supervise activities intended for all audiences.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills and teaching skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in teaching padel.
- Confirmed competitive level.
- Holder of the TFP or DFMP (Trainer Diploma) Padel).
Employment conditions
- Type of Contract : 25-hour fixed-term contract + freelance contract, with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract.
- Salary : to be negotiated according to profile and experience.
