Qatar officially opens its doors by organizing the World Championships of padel 2020.

They should have been played out in 2020, but COVID will have them delayed by a year.

The opening ceremony of the world championship padel Qatar OOREDOO took place in a very good atmosphere at the international tennis and squash complex Khalifa, in the presence of the 18 teams.

Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, President of the Qatar Tennis Federation (and padel therefore), Tarek Zainal, the tournament director and the president of the International Federation of padel Luigi Carraro were also there to present and launch the 15th world of padel under the era of FIP.

The competition will be followed live on the FIP Youtube channel, on Bein Sports and for certain oppositions concerning France on the annexed grounds on Facebook page Padel Magazine.
Note that the matches of the France team which will be broadcast on Facebook will be geographically blocked. The matches can therefore only be watched from France.
