Le full WPT 2022 schedule was released yesterday and it includes a great novelty: the Final Challenger (which is roughly the equivalent of a Master Final “B”). This event will take place in Valencia, at the end of the season, and will bring together the 8 pairs that have had the best results in the first 5 Challenger tournaments of the season.

A very nice consolation prize therefore for these pairs who will have given everything, but whose results will not have been sufficient to enable them to obtain the “Graal” (Master Final), this Challenger Final therefore appears as a wonderful alternative for all these competitors.

As a reminder, the challengers tournaments will be as follows:

  • Getafe from March 28 to April 03
  • Albacete from April 25 to May 01
  • Mallorca from May 23 to 29
  • Calanda from August 22 to 28
  • Toledo from September 12 to 18
  • Challenger Final in Valencia from 01 to 04 December

And it will be a boon for the fans of padel (and the WPT), which will benefit from a big additional tournament to follow at the end of the season!
