A few days before Riyadh P1 (February 8-15), the first major event of the season Premier Padel, the pairs market continues to be lively. Two announcements have been added to the men's and women's tables.

Carolina Navarro and Arantxa Soriano: an alliance of experience

At 48 years, Carolina Navarro, an icon of world padel, has confirmed that 2025 will be her last season on the circuit. For this final year, the Malaga native has chosen to partner with Arantxa Soriano, such an experienced player.

Supervised by Severino Iezzi et Luis Lechuga, the two players have already shown their ambition: “We have worked hard during this pre-season, and we are ready to face what awaits us.”

Unfortunately for them, the pair will have to go through qualifying if they want to hope for a final draw at the Riyadh P1.

Juan Cruz Belluati and Nachi Sager: power and balance

On the male side, it is Juan Cruz Belluati who is making headlines with a new collaboration. The Argentinian, known for his structured game, has decided to bet on the power and youth de Nachi Sager, one of the revelations of 2024.

With 1,98 m, Sager is a striking force, finishing last season as the player with the most winning smashes (12,9 per game on average). Belluati and Sager form a balanced pair.

These new alliances will be closely monitored starting next week in Riyadh.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
