The Alicante Open from World Padel Tour, which was to be held from April 27 to May 3, is canceled, in view of the containment situation currently affecting Europe.

We suspected,Alicante Open from World Padel Tour, which was to take place from April 27 to May 3, 2020, was canceled, due to coronavirus. This follows cancellations of the Vigo Open, and exhibitions from Stockholm and Mérida.

Le World Padel Tour also made the decision tocancel the Albacete Challenger, which was supposed to take place from May 21 to 24. On the other hand, the Oviedo Open, yet scheduled two weeks before the Albacete Challenger (May 11-17), is currently maintained.

The WPT promises its fans that everything possible will be done to try to find dates for reprogram the tournaments of Alicante and Vigo in 2020. Case to follow.
