We were all already aware but we had to wait for the official press release from the Spanish Federation of Padel to be sure. In Spain, that's it, you can play 2 against 2.

The saga of rumors is over. Spain therefore officially takes over the padel at 2 against 2 even in regions entering phase 1.

The saga started on Sunday evening with the oral announcement of the resumption 2 against 2. Even if most of the Spanish clubs immediately reopened their doors, it was not completely official because there was no paper to support these claims.

It is Tuesday that everything accelerated. The federations of the autonomies began to publish the resumption authorizations with the imposed sanitary conditions, then it is the Spanish Federation of Padel which put an end to this series.

In the press release that you can read below, it says that clubs will be able to open only 30% of their total capacity, by organizing traffic directions so that visitors do not “stagnate” at the reception level.

Group lessons may resume until10 students per track, respecting the 2 meters of safety between players.

Players are also asked to remain respectful of safety rules such as wearing a mask during journeys, washing and disinfecting hands on a regular basis or choosing different times to avoid having too many people in the club at the same time.
