The Esprit Club Padel, located in Saint-Priest near Lyon, is looking for two padel coaches passionate and dynamic to join his team.

Job Description :

As a padel coach, you will be responsible for coaching players of all levels. You will actively participate in the organization and conduct of training sessions, with an emphasis on technical, tactical and physical progression players.

Main missions :

  • Teaching : Provide individual and group lessons for all levels.
  • Education : Propose new ideas to improve the player experience in collaboration with the sports director.
  • Supervision : Support the technical, tactical and physical progress of players.
  • Organization : Contribute to the organization of the club's sporting events such as tournaments et Internship.

Required profile :

  • Qualifications : DEJEPS, TFP or DFMP required.
  • Experience : Significant experience is an asset. Motivated beginners who are eager to learn are also accepted.
  • Qualities : Educational, patient, motivating, organized and good communicator.
  • skills : Mastery of padel techniques and ability to adapt to different audiences.
