With the ambition of opening more than 100 courts by the end of 2024, UrbanPadel is launching its center in Dardilly (6 indoor courts) and is looking for a Padel Activity Manager.
Missions:
The manager Padel will be in charge of commercially developing the center's activity, animating the grounds and ensuring smooth operation while optimizing the profitability of the activity. In a young and dynamic environment, he/she will have to guarantee the quality of Urban servicesPadel and ensure the management and promotion of the activity.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of individual and group padel lessons (adults/children)
- Planning and management of tournaments, leagues, camps, and children's/corporate events
- Management of the pro shop in collaboration with head office: orders, inventory management, sales
- Commercial development: customer research, social media management, partnerships with local clubs
- Ensure the maintenance and presentation of areas dedicated to padel (changing rooms, club house, playing areas, pro shop)
- Welcoming Urban customersPadel, management of registrations and collections according to schedule, with possible versatility with the UrbanSoccer team
Required profile :
- Training in STAPS or studies in the field of sport
- TFP or DFMP padel coach diploma
- Up-to-date professional card to teach the practice (required)
- JAP1 certification (arbitration judge)
- Mastery of the pack Office
- Dynamic, with a pronounced taste for challenge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion and good level in tennis/padel
- Rigor and sense of organization
