Aguirre y Cia is a Spanish company, based in Madrid. The French subsidiary, created in 2020, was made to be as close as possible to the padel market.

Sector: All of France + Belgium, Wallonia

Missions:

  1. Development and animation of clubs: Organize around fifty events per year to strengthen the commitment of clubs and partners.
  2. Managing relationships with coaches, players and ambassadors: Maintain daily collaboration with stakeholders under contract with Bullpadel.
  3. Promotional and marketing budget management: Oversee the use of the budget defined for promotional and marketing actions.
  4. Product training: Offer training to better promote the brand’s products.
  5. Presence at events: Provide representation at national and international events, as well as at gatherings of young talents.
  6. Signature of French and Belgian hopes: Participate in the selection and signing of the best young players.
  7. Collaboration with regional managers and the Community manager: Develop strategic plans for each region to maximize brand visibility.
  8. Monitoring market trends: Stay informed about new developments to better meet customer expectations.
  9. Force of proposal: Propose actions to strengthen links with clubs and increase awareness of Bullpadel.
  10. Development of a textile club for the French market: Collaborate with headquarters to launch textile lines for clubs.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bac +4/5, ideally from a business school or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a promotion/marketing department within a sports brand.
  • Autonomy and organization: Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects.
  • International environment: Comfortable in an international professional context with a command of English and professional Spanish desired.
  • Driving license : Holder of a B license for at least 3 years.

Description of the offer:

  • Contract: CDI with executive status.
  • Remuneration: Fixed salary with a variable part.

This position aims to strengthen the presence of Bullpadel on the French and Belgian market by focusing on a proximity strategy with clubs, emerging talents and local and international events.
