The Open Oasis Padel Club in Reunion Island is experiencing its final which promises to be of a high standard between Aitor Garcia / Andres Britos (TS2) and Jérôme Inzerillo / Thomas Vanbauce (TS1) Both pairs secured their status by winning their respective semi-finals by the same scoreline. 6 / 4 7 / 6 .
Tight semi-finals
In the first semi-final, Garcia and Britos had to fight against Boronad and Fonteny (TS3) . If the first set turned in favor of the Spaniards with a set won 6/4, the second was much tighter. The French offered a good resistance, pushing their opponents to the tie-break, but Garcia and Britos knew how to stay solid to win.
On the other side of the picture, Inzerillo and Vanbauce (TS1) experienced a similar scenario facing Pichon de Bury and Perez (TS5) Despite a few scares, the favourite pair managed to manage the important moments and win by the same score. 6 / 4 7 / 6 .
A rematch between Garcia / Britos and Inzerillo / Vanbauce!
This final will not be a first! Last week, the two pairs had already faced each other in final of Open Pneu Cash in Reunion Padel Club. Garcia and Britos had won , notably by taking advantage of Jérôme Inzerillo's physical problems.
The French will therefore have keen to take their revenge , but you will have to be at 100% physically to hope to overthrow the Spanish, who are having a perfect tournament so far.
A duel to follow live on Padel MagTV
The final will be broadcast live on Padel MagTV from 13h30.
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
