While Dylan Guichard and Bastien Blanqué will face the pibes for the second time this season, we can wonder where they are Leo Augsburg et Tino Libaak. The two young Argentinians, who distinguished themselves on numerous occasions last season, regularly miss the first publication of the final tables on the Premier Padel. Often they don't appear until much later.

As a reminder, Tino Libaak and Leo Augsburger were the big losers of the new system FIP ranking. They who were respectively at the 24th and 17th place, had been propelled to the 118th and 115th place in the ranking. These new places required them to go through the qualifying stage if they wanted to reach the final table.

So where are they now?

Thanks to fairly good results at the start of the season, Tino Libaak and Leo Augsburger returned to the world top 100. The first is located at 80th place of the ranking and the second in the 76th place. If they are still far from their ranking on the World Padel Tour, there is something better for them pibes.

Do these rankings allow them to avoid qualifying?

The answer is no. The proof, they will play today against Dylan Guichard et Bastien Blanqué. Additionally, they do not yet have a high enough ranking to be admitted directly into the main draw. For example, the last pair admitted, without wild-card in Premier Padel Asuncion P2, is Cristian Gutierrez (54) and Jorge Ruiz (64).

There is still a little way to go for the pibes to avoid the turns of previas. But for now, it is in the second round of qualifying in Paraguay that we will find them!

It was his brother who one day told him to accompany him on a track. padel, since then, Gwenaëlle has never left the court. Except when it comes to going to watch the broadcast of Padel Magazine, World Padel Tour… or Premier Padel…or the French Championships. In short, she is a fan of this sport.
