Le Padel & Foot Bischheim (67) organized last weekend a P100 Open which brought together 20 teams, some of which had been seen the previous weekend on the P250. Enzo Gongora's club has been delighting competitors since the summer while a P500 is scheduled for the end of the month!

The P100 formula is intended to be the gateway to tournaments for new competitors. And the least we can say is that the message was well understood in Strasbourg with almost 1/3 of the 40 participants who participated in their first tournament this weekend. The pleasure of the game and conviviality were the key words; against the backdrop of respect for sanitary rules, respected by all.

On the field side, after a qualifying phase on Saturday made up of 4 groups of 4 teams bringing together teams, men, mixed and women; the 8 best teams met on Sunday afternoon to “do battle”. If the main favorites held their place during the 1st rotation, the pair Aldric Bastid / Nicolas Laloy took everyone by surprise and in particular Diego Adam / Arnaud Perozeni (TdS 4) who had managed to reach the final.

The weekend ended in a good mood around an Argentinian wine tasting offered by the tournament sponsor!

Even though he discovered the padel about ten years ago in Italy, Vincent only devoted himself to it after too many “firsts” in tennis tournaments. Not much better at bandeja, he was retrained as referee, the only way to still be present at the time of the final! A lover of sport in general, this Norman expatriate in Alsace will try to make you live the news of the Padel in the “Great East”.
