The quarter-finals of P1000 4Padel Bordeaux kept their promises, offering fast-paced and sometimes fast-paced matches. Now it's time for the semi-finals, which can be followed live from 10:30 a.m. on Padel MagTV .
Roux / De Meyer too strong
Facing Larrue / Razimbaud, Robin Roux and Dorian De Meyer didn't hang around on the court. After a first set that was close until 3/2, they accelerated and concluded 6/4. In the second set, Roux took things in hand, imposing his power to wrap up the affair 6/4 6/1 in less than 40 minutes.
Thalamot / Mental Launcher
In a more undecided quarter, Antoine Thalamot and Victor Lancesseur dominate Julen Fabas and Benjamin Dufour in three sets. After a one-sided first set (6/2), they suffered a reaction from their opponents (3/6) before regaining control in a controlled third set (6/3).
Favorites at the rendezvous
No surprises in the other two quarters:
- Benjamin Grue and Lucas Pillon won without a hitch 6/3 6/1 against Griffon / Lacube.
- Elio Sarrat and Thomas Vanbauce , back in the competition, validate their ticket by eliminating Truong / Benmergui 6/3 6/1.
Semi-final posters
The final four offers two great confrontations:
- Sarrat / Vanbauce (TS1) vs Thalamot / Lancesseur
- Crane / Pillon (TS2) vs Roux / De Meyer (TS3)
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
