Le  P1000 of 4Padel Strasbourg  This weekend's draw is particularly evenly matched, featuring several players who are regulars at major French tournaments. But all eyes will inevitably be on the number 1 seed: the Strasbourg team.  Julien Motz  et  Simon Wagner .

Motz / Wagner, a unique top seed

Seeing two left-handed players team up remains extremely rare on the French circuit. However,  Julien Motz (39th Frenchman)  et  Simon Wagner (24th)  They arrive in Strasbourg with a clear status: that of the pair to beat.

The two Alsatians are, in fact, the only players from the top 40 participating in this tournament, apart from  Yanis Muesser , this time partnered with a much lower-ranked partner.

With their knowledge of local conditions and their shared experience, Motz and Wagner will try to win a title on home soil.

Esprit's youth Padel the main threat

Behind the number 1 seed, the most dangerous pair on paper is probably the one made up of  Robin Petitdidier  et  Basil Baud .

The two players from Mind Padel , ranked 61st and 80th in France respectively, represent this new generation capable of greatly increasing the intensity in big matches.

Having been very strong this season in national competitions, they appear to be the main contenders to challenge the two Strasbourg left-handers.

Olivier / Macchi and Venancio / Messina to confirm their status

The number 3 seed, composed of  William Olivier  et  Jeremy Macchi  also arrives with significant ambitions in this tournament.

Regulars at P1000 tournaments and major national draws, the two players will try to secure a place in the final four.

Same objective for  Antoine Venancio  et  Thomas Messina , the number 4 seed, who also have enough experience to play leading roles throughout the weekend.

Very consistent outsiders behind the favorites

Behind the top four seeds, the tournament features a particularly strong group of outsiders.

The pairs  Caspar / Stark (TS5) ,  Groll / Garcia (TS6) ,  Toussaint / Guguin (TS7)  et  Cipri / Audo (TS8)  They all have players ranked around the French top 100 / top 150.

Teams capable of sowing doubt very quickly in the brackets, especially in a P1000 format where the intensity of the matches rises quickly from the first rounds.

Yanis Muesser's remarkable return

Another attraction of the tournament: the presence of  Yanis Muesser , currently 20th French player.

Now accustomed to the international circuit and FIP tournaments, the Strasbourg native will team up with  Pierre-Arnaud Ballet (603rd French)  in an association that is necessarily monitored.

Even if their combined ranking puts them far from the top seeds, the presence of a player of Muesser's level is still a factor that could unbalance the draw.

The Strasbourg P1000 is therefore shaping up to be particularly open behind the local favorites, with several profiles capable of creating surprises throughout the weekend.
