The semi-finals of  Reichstett P1000  delivered their verdict. After two very different matches,  Julien Seurin / Adrien Dandois  (TS2) and  Simon Wagner / Tom Couturier  (TS1) have qualified for the final, which will be followed  directly on Padel MagTV .

Seurin and Dandois turn around a nail-biting semi-final

The first semi-final offered a real battle between  Seurin / Dandois  et  Deknuydt / Motz .

After winning the first set  6/3 The second seeds saw their opponents come back into the game by winning the second set.  6/3 .

The third set then lived up to all expectations. The two teams traded blows until the tie-break, where Seurin and Dandois narrowly avoided elimination. The two men had indeed  saved a match point  before turning the situation around and prevailing after a suspenseful finish ( 6/3 3/6 7/6 ).

The statistics perfectly illustrate the balance of this match:  101 points won against 105 ,  59 winning shots against 57  and only two breaks of serve on each side. A semi-final decided by the smallest details.

Blue scoreboard labeled Statistics with two numeric columns and French stats (break point won/obtained, point won/earned, unforced error, return error, service winner, double fault). It also shows team names at the bottom left and right.

Wagner and Couturier secure their status

In the other semi-final,  Simon Wagner  et  Tom Couturier  (TS1) secured their place in the final by dominating  Dupont  et  Ulysse  on the score of  6 / 2 7 / 6 .

Stronger in the first set, the favorites then had to work harder in a much more contested second set, which they finally won in a tie-break.

A final between the two favorites

The tournament will therefore hold its highly anticipated final between the  first two seeds .

Simon Wagner / Tom Couturier (TS1)  will find  Julien Seurin / Adrien Dandois (TS2)  for a duel that promises a lot, between the two most anticipated pairs of the weekend.

The final will be followed  directly on Padel MagTV .

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
